I love helping businesses achieve profitable, positive outcomes through effective people management.After graduating from Melbourne University, I spent 3 years living in London where I worked in HR roles at HSBC Investment Bank and Barclays Capital. When returning to Melbourne in 2003, I took on the position of HR Consultant at the Foster’s Group. My five years at Foster’s were diverse. I worked managing HR at corporate level in the head office, and also with a more industrial and manufacturing focus at a winery in the Barossa Valley. From Foster’s, I moved to the Just Group where I stepped into the role of Group Sourcing Manager. My focus was to reduce the cost and impact of high volume vacancies throughout the business and to develop the strategy to process and deliver the most suitable long-term candidates into the stores to maximise profitability and reduce turnover.After working with the Just Group, I wanted to support businesses be more successful through effective and efficient management of their people. I started an HR consulting business called fibreHR in 2009 and Workforce Analytics in 2013.fibreHR provides commercial HR advice and support to small and medium businesses. In addition, we have also assisted larger companies that outsource their HR needs. The firm provides what really can be regarded as a one-stop-shop for all HR services, from HR Audit and Recruitment right through to Performance Management and Training. As a point of difference, when it comes to our recruitment services, our remuneration model is an attractive hourly rate, not a “percentage per placement fee” model.Workforce Analytics has designed world-leading technologies and methodologies to help businesses unlock a superior level of performance.
