I lead a team of ~450 colleagues responsible for preparing for closure, booking, funding, and servicing all commercial loan types. - My accountabilities include leading the CLOS leadership team with a dual focus on day-to day commercial loan production and advising on regulatory, business strategy and improvement initiatives. - Key transformation priorities include the delivery of cost reductions, reorganization of the team structure, improved control environment and adherence to increasing regulatory expectations based on a dynamic strategy.

-Successfully led the completion of a multi-year commercial transformation program, resulting in the deployment of a new commercial loan origination platform to over ~3000 users. This implementation utilized innovative technologies, including Salesforce, nCino and Expere, leveraging key internal and external partnerships for a seamless deployment and integration with over 100 applications. - Significant changes throughout the end-to-end loan lifecycle to critical processes resulted in a complex release plan for all groups: Sales, Risk, Legal, Credit Management and Shared Services. My oversight included ensuring ~500 resources across the organization executed as planned and achieved the targeted benefits, inclusive of decommissioning 15+ legacy applications. - Recognized for my pragmatic, risk-based approach and decision making, aggressive timelines were met achieving multiple business strategies, and incorporating pandemic related priorities while ensuring a successful user delivery.

-Re-organized CRPO Solutions & Service Delivery team, resulting in a new team of 150 talented colleagues to best support US bank systems. This team’s focus on business enablement resulted in streamlined customer solutions via technology, process, functionality, and data enhancements. - A portfolio of over 100 concurrent initiatives were executed by the team in addition to their daily accountability of supporting 50+ critical business systems. This group drove the business requirements, development, testing and post deployment oversight for both internal and external Customer solutions and adherence to TD’s control standards and risk appetite.

- Successfully established and led the Enterprise Program Governance and Project Control Office as a member of the Dodd Frank Program executive leadership team. TD managed this extensive Regulatory mandate as a single bank-wide initiative totaling $1B over 3 years. - Provided senior leadership for this Enterprise Program Office inclusive of delivering a program-wide integrated plan and technology target state roadmap that included management of multiple teams, external consultants, and cross functional Senior Stakeholders. - Provide executive management of the Shared Services and Bank Operations portfolio of strategic initiatives inclusive of operations, technology, merger, and regulatory projects that provide productivity benefits to many areas of the business. The financial accountability for this portfolio was ~$35MM, containing 15+ programs and include a team of 15 direct reports.

- Successfully led large $90MM multi-system acquisition integration over two years; the systems portfolio contained over 500 distributed banking applications, all applications were successfully integrated, archived and over 400 applications were decommissioned. - Retail Conversion Planning Manager for the combined merger of two like size US Regional banks. Responsible for Consumer Interaction and Experience workstream, the cornerstone of TD’s value statement. With the successful delivery of this mandate, I received the bank’s highest-level performance awards.
