Later added unified commerce capabilities by exposing eCom OMS inventory to the POS for placing in-store shipping orders, and then built an OMS to allow stores to fulfill orders placed online. + When the company spun off from LBrands, I completed a successful move of 70% of all Limited applications – including point-of-sale, financial, inventory, CRM and time tracking – within 18 months.+ I headed the purchase of software and hardware for a project to introduce chip-enabled payment terminals, which was a crucial step in advancing toward EMV compliance while meeting PCI-DSS strategy requirements. + After conducting a competitive research project for alternative systems, I executed a re-implementation of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM/Payroll. I also piloted, tested, and integrated the time and attendance/payroll functions with Empower WFM.+ Co-led the effort to create processes and controls to ensure PCI audit compliance. In this role, I spearheaded the interim effort to keep the legacy inventory and financial systems operational as A&F transitioned to Oracle RMS. To fulfill this need, I hired an India-based services firm, organized training and transition sessions, and traveled to India to evaluate development efforts. More contributions to this role include: + To allow departments to influence core systems enhancements, I introduced a business prioritization process. + My team and I re-vamped the physical inventory counting function to track discrepancies at SKU level and interface to Oracle for data analysis. + I leveraged moving from VSAM to DB2 capabilities by enabling in-store POS systems to perform real-time returns validations, and enabled encryption of credit card numbers stored in A&F databases.

Acted as the business liaison to IT from the Purchasing and Logistics department at Disney Cruise Line. Implemented an upgrade in the marine purchasing system. Also participated in the Walt Disney World implementation of SAP, including replacing JDEdwards financials with SAP as well as a custom integration layer with the on-board food and beverage purchasing and inventory system.
