Currento Work collaboratively with other HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Learning & Organizational Development) to develop solutions to solve business challenges in order to increase our ability to deliver on our everyday goal-- transform patient care and improve health outcomes. o Adviser to executives, managers and employees on organizational and HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, change management, organization design and effectiveness, and employee engagement to promote and maintain the company's high-performance culture.o Partner with hiring managers to support successful on-boarding of new employees and managers.
