Leading cross-functional teams through the delivery of complex, Salesforce-based customer relationship management projects and online portal solutions for clients who deliver vital human services (housing, supportive, and social services) to those in need throughout the U.S. Responsibilities include assessment of technical needs and service delivery challenges, expert project planning & scoping, budget and team management, innovative problem-solving skills, and ongoing communications via a variety of platforms and methods in a challenging remote work time.

• Provided extensive work and support to the overall Wisconsin Task Force on Global Warming, its Co-Chairs and its Energy Efficiency and Carbon Cap and Trade Work Groups.• Served as the Wisconsin representative to the Governors’ Wind Energy Coalition and the Project Manager for the Commission’s Offshore Wind Energy investigation.• Monitored state, national and international energy trends and developments, with a special concentration on carbon sequestration technology evolution and wind energy siting.

• Independently planned and executed marketing campaigns for the Focus on Energy’s Renewable Energy Program. Additionally responsible for marketing programs targeted towards improving the energy efficiency of low-income homes throughout Wisconsin.• Worked closely with internal and external staff to implement marketing strategies while keeping cost effectiveness in mind. Core responsibilities included creating and implementing marketing plans, maintaining and meeting an annual marketing budget and providing daily supervision of internal staff.• Regularly networked and worked with the Wisconsin Renewable Energy Network – a team of over 20 renewable energy experts – to provide technical support and education to promote energy technologies.

• Served clients at the 13 UW Four-Year Universities and 13 Two-Year Colleges in identifying their market research needs, executing subsequent research plans, and authoring concise and easy-to-understand research reports to clients promptly under firm deadlines.
