I oversaw 80 staff members during events and resolved disputes regarding seating or prohibited actions. At the conclusion of the school year, I conducted staff performance evaluations on these members to acknowledge all areas of high performance and highlight those where improvement could be made which included constructive suggestions on how to do so. In between seasons, I recruited students to apply and reviewed their applications. I then interviewed candidates and sought for those who aligned with the Breslin's values and provided corresponding employment opportunities to ensure we had a qualified and and motivated staff.

I directed patrons to locations within the building and made certain they were in the correct seat for the event. I resolved any seating disputes that arose and answered any questions regarding the building or event to prevent confusion and reduce disorderly foot traffic, ensuring a smoothly-run event.

As a lab coordinator, I scheduled and led meetings to update all lab members with the current research progressions by viewing current data correlations and informing members on upcoming deadlines. In addition to viewing data, I picked articles pertaining to research outside of our lab to encourage stimulating conversations. I also ensured all research assistants appeared at their scheduled appointments and that all project deadlines were met in order to keep the projects on schedule. During my time as this role, I also created an organizational system in which all digital files of lab data and materials were categorized to take inventory so we had easier access to them for future use.

As a research assistant I screened inquiring participants to determine eligibility for our Perception of Interpersonal Behavior study, and scheduled appointments for them to come in to participate. I supervised participation appointments and directed these participants through several surveys and data collection programs. I also reproduced measures on Qualtrics to create these surveys and upon completion of various studies, I calculated and analyzed data correlations using SPSS to determine results.

I upheld safety and health regulations accompanied with all products and services. I also trained and mentored new employees and ensured the building is closed properly to ease the opening routine.
