I have an Advanced Diploma in Psychological Coaching and am an accredited Executive coach with the AOC. I am a Fellow of CIPD, BPS Registered Test User (Personality) and accredited coach and career consultant. I am a driven and enthusiastic Talent Management professional with well developed communication and client relationship skills and a passion for facilitating the development of individuals and groups. In particular, I have been providing career development and performance coaching to senior executives for the past seventeen years. I have had extensive experience working with UK and globally based individuals and teams from a range of sectors including Health, Pharmaceutical, Transport, Oil and Gas, Technology and Finance. I bring my expertise in assessment, leadership development and coaching into my individual and team coaching assignments. My style is described as pragmatic, engaging and challenging by my coaching clients, and my natural warmth and empathy means that I quickly build a rapport with individuals.
