• Liaison to Visteon plant engineering, management, and tier-2 suppliers to ensure customer part timing is accomplished. Track engineering changes/alerts and coordinate supplier timing using Ford Motor Company's.
• Track shipments using Ford Motor Company’s Common Material Management System (CMMS3). Update Pre-PPAP and PPAP timing in system.
• Problem solve and follow up with customer on an on-going basis.
