As a Product Manager of the Curriculum Delivery Apps suite of products, I managed the successful product development process from concept to delivery of the curriculum delivery platform, iOS, and Android Apps for middle school students and teachers. In partnering with the curriculum development team, I ensured that our best in class, digital native content was delivered in a seamless experience for our learners and educators.

Replaced a suite of home-grown legacy business systems with enterprise level applications on the SFDC platform. I worked on the business case for the project, along with the program roadmap, vendor selection, and budget allocation. Ultimately I served as the Product Owner for the inaugural project within the initiative, responsible for priority decisions, delivery of scope, and budget adherence.

My direct reports and I were the first members of this team. We built it from the ground up, during a department-wide reorganization. We managed all non-project technology requests, troubleshot data issues in our courseware and business systems, and produced online student course content. My team was responsible for maintenance and enhancements on ~20 technical platforms.

I managed an XP development team as the scrum master and business analyst. Worked with the product owner to prioritize the backlog, with the development, qa, and architecture teams to implement, and with business leadership to communicate all business impacting system changes.

I was responsible for the management of $8mm worth of inventory, from receipt through fulfillment.
