About Lisa Suarez
Mariposa is home to our farm market, orchard, and farm stay. It's a glorious place with rich soils that bear the fruit of our family's work. Beginning in the spring of 2023, we planted 1000 dessert and cider apple trees in a high-density orchard. It's a unique growing method where apple trees are trellised like grape vines. We added 500 more heirloom cider and cider crabapples to complete the orchard blocks. Our goal is to have pick-your-own and cider-ready apples by 2026. Wine grapes will follow, and fermentation will soon begin. Visit the farm and walk through this unique growing experience2025 will mark more than 21 years of life experience in communications, luxury hospitality, and winemaking. I have a new start-up, Farm Market, Farm Stay, and Wine Orchard, in Boulder County, Colorado. My expertise includes hospitality brand management, media communications, business administration, operations, Shopify website management, social media, and event programming. As a former television news producer in Colorado and Canada, I'm a strong leader with a focus on empowering team members in a collaborative work environment. My goal is to lead creative and passionate people, all focused on one goal - success.
