I'm the proprietor and winemaker of Suárez Wines and Market at Mariposa Farm - a small-lot, ultra-premium wine label. Suárez is a nomadic wine brand and a passion project for me. I recently moved the label from Niagara on the Lake, Ontario, Canada to Boulder County, Colorado. The orchard and market build has begun. Wine will follow.

Senior Wine Educator for commercial, export and trade clients for Constellation Brands specifically their flagship luxury assets in California, Robert Mondavi, Ravenswood and Franciscan premium wine brands located in Napa Valley and Sonoma, California. Key Responsibilities-To be a direct brand representative of the Constellation Brands’ luxury wine division.-To manage, develop, and implement programming content, and to strategically implement brand messaging to support sales and DTC initiatives.-Worked with Brand, Sales, Senior Manager of Hospitality and the DTC Manager -Ensured education supported the strategic focus and growth of Constellation Brands.-Hosted the highest level of trade visitors, such as principles of distributors and buyers for strategic accounts.-Responsible for knowing and understanding critical sales and marketing information and was accountable for communicating that information with discretion and judgment to Constellation Brand’s most important trade customers.-Hosted guest experiences which includes educational tastings, seminars and meals.

Produced daily prime-time news for a 24-hour, national news network in Canada. Produced, wrote news copy, and supervised on-air talent, editorial staff, interview chasers and technical crew to deliver daily news program.

Rebranded and produced a daily, three-hour morning news program in the Greater Toronto Area called CH Morning Live. Managed all aspects of production from show concept, staffing, writing, visual and technical details. Worked with sales and marketing to improve viewership and commercial partnerships.
