o Physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of packages of varying sizes and weightso Load and unload packages from delivery vehicleso Lift and move heavy weights between destinationso Carry out work in accordance with company policies and guidelineso Work quickly and efficiently while adhering to safety standardso Process workload with minimal supervisiono Ensure packages are not damaged throughout the process
