In this position, I have worked on the following series: Vet School and Dr. K’s Exotic Animal ER for Nat Geo Wild and Making Monsters for Travel Channel.One of my key roles is to oversee all aspects of day-to-day production, including maintaining schedules and locations, and managing staff, crew and talent. I manage three budgets of $1- 1.5 million each per season, and I also direct teams of up to 100 people to meet production schedules and budgets. I skillfully administer needed material collection for final products and deliver post-production management. Shoot still photos for deliverables, as well as shoot a third camera when needed. Manage on camera and voice over talent, including specific movements and action. While on location, I lead teams to ensure we film enough footage to create multi-episode seasons. A critical part of my position is to run projects in-field, including all stories and all pieces, as well as field notes to safeguard storylines. I safeguard production and financial goals by using proactive problem solving to slash work stoppages or budget excess.
