I help nonprofits raise the money they need to fulfill their missions. I've worked with over 40 nonprofits to raise more than $30M. I provide a combination of strategic guidance, hands on support, leadership training and mindset work to give leaders the tools they need to succeed. In addition to working with clients, I oversee the innovation and growth strategies for Evolve. We have grown our team, increased retention, driven down costs, provided new tools and structures to effectively resource our team, increased employee satisfaction and we are just getting started!

- Oversee a portfolio of 3-6 clients at any given time and have worked with 22 clients to date- Supervise and develop GTA’s Associates and Business Manager- Manage annual campaign efforts including prospect identification, donor cultivation and sponsorships- Coach clients on board development, annual and major gifts campaigns, capacity building, infrastructure and events- Accomplished cultural and organizational change by strategically navigating relationships with key stakeholders- Conduct needs assessments to recommend areas for efficiency, expansion and increased ROI - Pioneered new outreach efforts by leading two webinars for over 750 people - Hired and trained two new associates to grow the Giving Tree team

- Facilitated eight clients in database set-up, system configuration and staff training to maximize CRM- Established internal processes for 10 clients to streamline work flow, expedite tasks and allow for expanded growth - Produced and executed project plans and budgets with on time delivery for projects up to $500,000 - Produced 32 events, running over 130 meetings to gain buy in and help clients exceed revenue year over year- Designed 275 pieces of fundraising and marketing collateral to support over 120 initiatives - Managed board and event committees and all associated correspondence and scheduling

- Collaborated with the directing staff to conceptualize, research, budget, market, and implement 2 new week long summer camps which launched in 2011- Assisted the Fundraising and Development team to build an active alumni group; reeducate and reengage alumni, and create and plan for Camp Chi's 90th anniversary celebration- Implemented new program and scheduling systems to streamline processes and increase efficiency- Grew the alumni database by 100% to date- Designed campaign to launch Camp Chi's twitter account- Engaged and built meaningful relationships with campers and the community through social media- Created and implemented a staff recruitment action plan to hire 250 summer staff- Collaborated with other community teen workers to budget for, plan, implement, and staff a trip that took 75 teens to the National AIPAC Policy Conference in Washington, DC

- Managed day to day logistics for 1000+ campers and 250 staff including individual daily schedules for campers and staff, transportation, booking and confirming field trips, special staff requests, food requests and special meals, program supplies, daily use of facilities and locations- Led interactive educational staff training sessions during raining week and on an ongoing basis- Created and implemented special events including the opening night of camp, 4th of July, and others

- Built awareness of JCorps Chicago through social media, email, and guerilla marketing- Planned and executed monthly social and volunteer events- Constructed a JCorps Planning Committee, recruited members to meet monthly, plan events, and take on leadership roles in the organization
