I am CEO of RSVP (Rape and Sexual Violence Project), the leading specialist provider of compassionate, supportive services for female and male survivors of sexual abuse/violence in Birmingham and Solihull. We have a range of holistic services which aim to rebuild confidence, self-esteem and well-being. I am responsible for strategic direction, finance, fund-raising and income generation. I feel passionate about my work, despite its many challenges, and enjoy seeing the differences I (and the whole RSVP team) can make to people and their lives, in times of trauma and distress.

GINA CIC is a social enterprise with a vision to bring hope, choice and opportunity to people affected by rape and sexual abuse through the sale of innovative products and events that will enable effective and authentic personal development. All profits raised go to RSVP and it's support services.

Using Transactional Analysis to support individuals and couples to achieve change, grow and develop.

I supported young people (females and males) to make informed choices about their sexual health and relationships. I also offered counselling to young women who were pregnant and needed to explore their options and their emotions.

I worked with victims of crime, trained volunteers and established a counselling service for survivors of sexual abuse/violence.
