I designed and implemented an innovative approach to Resourcing for Danske Bank UK, focused on optimising the candidate and hiring manager experience, whilst reducing the time to hire and improving the quality of hire.

My role was to lead the development and delivery of the holistic Resourcing strategy (encompassing Executive, Permanent, Contingent Labour, Early Career and Redeployment & Outplacement) for RBS Ireland and Ulster Bank. I was a member of Ulster Bank HR ExCo and RBS Global Resourcing Leadership team. I was accountable for the overall Resourcing relationship management for RBS in Ireland and Ulster Bank.

My role at AMS was Client Relationship Director - Barclays. As the main client contact for Barclays I had specific responsibility for the support of the bank’s long-term resourcing strategy, from workforce management through to exploring innovative new ways that Barclays can access, engage with, employ and retain key talent. I had full accountability for the AMS recruitment delivery team for Barclays UK Retail & Business Bank.

I led the Project North recruitment team to provide high quality delivery of the recruitment service across the BBC at Salford Quays. Approximately 2300 BBC staff move to the BBC's new base at Salford Quays from May 2011.
