I frequently contemplate listing my age as a handicap. I hope that eventually someone will recognize age as a hallmark of experience, efficiency and durability. My next job is not a steppingstone for something better. I aim to make my job better.Nothing ever stays the same - neither have any of my prevoius jobs. I have allways been fortunate enough to evolve my area and grow my expertise. My passion is to relay the positive story with out clickbait tactics and hot air. What is better than to innovate without compromising?Well founded in Marketing and Communication, I work with all areas related to these fields.... e.i writting press releases, editing magazines, sales brochures, product instructions, shooting and editing videos for social media platforms, designing and maintaining homepages just to mention a few examples.I never say no to a work related challenge, thus continuing to grow my experience and staying fascinated by new territories, as progress never rests. On a personal level, I meassure an excellent day as one, that lets me tick boxes or pass milestones. Unfinished business clutters the mind, and prevent taking on new tasks. Planning and rationalization is crucial to my work, as I really dislike having to repeat a process unnescessarily.

New homepage design, implementation and maintenance – A thorough re-design in CMS, where user-friendly web environment was at the heart of the design.Systemization of marketing archive materials and implementation of download facility for the company standard documents and reference materials for use in requests of prequalification. Among other tasks, the following is recalled:• Contact to suppliers: freelance journalist, printers, web-agency, presents and giveaways, work clothing for the workforce according to corporate identity program. My tasks included among others:• Contact to design agency and advertising agencies regarding development of new graphic identity and preparation of values, mission, vision and pay-off. • Coordination of use of media in connection with campaigns and information material for customers and employees• Initiation of brochure development, uncovering of needs in collaboration with business areas and divisions• Development of assortment and approval of Corporate Identity for i.e. stationary etc., work clothing and corporate signage on building sites, work areas and construction equipment, car fleet and machines a.s.f.• Preparation of standard advertisement assortment as well as productions for special occasions and events.• Management of sporsorships according to new CI• Trade and event activities, delivery of input and material. Steering the marketing aspect of the new company MT Højgaard through the interim period and facilitate the process of merging two company cultures was a very rewarding and intense period and development of Best Practice specifically to create new standards for the new company, i.e. regarding brochure production, photo archive, work clothing, giveaways and marketing materials, stationary a.s.f. was just part of many separate tasks. One task was the production of a Danish/English DVD in collaboration in collaboration with Denmarks Radio Video production for internal and external presentation. -
