Training Lead for the CSMART project at City of Houston. CSMART is being developed to be the new courts software system for the City of Houston. Our team has trained a client-side team of Super Users through numerous Usability Tests and a custom Train-The-Trainer program, gaining momentum toward readiness for Go-Live by certifying 34 instructors. The 280+ articles of training materials we created have become the clients' toolbox for their end users. My team has created additional value for this custom software with a simulation suite, technical writing for installation guide, application maintenance guide and architecture documentation. Using solid hiring practices and harnessing emotional intelligence with the correct skillsets, I managed a team that has created a solid foundation and delivered above and beyond the required minimums.I served on the Project Management team as both Business Readiness Lead and Training Manager. I am proud to have worked alongside the consultant company and client to pave the way to a successful launch of CSMART.

As a Learning Technologies Manager for the Americas, I was part of the corporate panel to configure the chosen corporate LMS (Saba), creating the business rules and consulting with the various business leaders to gather and translate requirements. Upgraded the Saba system, requiring careful business analysis and quality assurance with respect to customizations and business needs. Consulted with site HR, training and leadership for internal customers to implement LMS for their worksites. This included a comprehensive review of current processes, needs and regulatory requirements.Managed the LMS Super User group, with over 200 members globally. Built the framework for user security roles, as well as the training to certify new administrators. Held monthly meetings to give advanced training and support.
