Deployed a discovery-driven innovation process to evaluate new business hypotheses and iterate through product development. Drove process improvements throughout the organization including implementing a monthly business review process with the President, CFO and key leaders; and partnering with the CNBC.com team through an ad sales transition process ensuring operations were aligned with new revenue metrics.
