• Manage digital strategy process from research and analysis through development and implementation of strategies and tactics to meet client's business objectives• Engage clients regularly to maintain relationships, manage expectations regarding deliverables, and ensure recommendations align with business objectives• Lead communications across teams and with senior executives, from day-to-day email to formal meetings• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives• Generate client-facing campaign reporting and write-ups to ensure relevant metrics and insights are shown by translating complex analytical work into easily digested analysis and recommendations• Identify appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report key metrics from digital campaign• Develop training materials and train new employees
