Understanding the importance of the first impression, they are dedicated to inspiring change for shelter pets across the globe through programs that leverage creativity and collaboration. HeARTs Speak's goal is to help more animals find homes through improved imagery and marketing. As such, they focus on three major programs: 1) Artists Helping Animals is their flagship program made up of professional photographer and artist members who offer their creative services pro-bono to animal shelters throughout the world. This program seeks to transform the image of shelter pets and ultimately save more lives. 2) The Perfect Exposure Project (PEP) was developed to increase the creative workforce in animal sheltering. The program empowers animal shelter staff and volunteers to provide positive exposure for the pets in their care through better photographs and new approaches to marketing. 3) Images with HeART is a multi-faceted stock imagery project merging the promotion of pet adoption with a sustainable and ethical platform for artists to license their work.
