With experience in teaching, education support and an ADHD Life Coach, I am passionate about helping children with ADHD find their strengths, build their self esteem and not be defined by their diagnosis. I am excited about working with teachers to find workable strategies to use in the classroom so that our children are being educated in a way that is unique to them. Due to my personal connection to ADHD, I understand the challenges it can bring. I co-founded Thriving Minds Coaching with the intention of giving people with ADHD and those that love them a place to go for support and community. I am really proud of co-founding this project and I am excited by what we can do together to improve the lives of people touched by ADHD.
