Hey I'm Lisa. I'm a radio producer for Anjunabeats and Anjunadeep, Above & Beyond's record labels.I coordinate three weekly radio shows. Above & Beyond's 'Group Therapy' Radio show (ABGT), the Anjunabeats Rising Residency and the Anjunadeep Edition.My everyday tasks include scripting for presenters and hosts, writing promotional content for guest mixers singles and albums, designing social media assets, managing tight deadlines, juggling multiple broadcast schedules, mastering mixes for syndication, liaising with agents and product management.The reason I love this job is that working closely with artists and seeing them grow is when I feel most engaged and fulfilled.When I think back to the moments when I’ve been in a state of flow, it’s when I'm grappling with the logistics faced by labels and artists looking to produce an engaging broadcast and finding solutions to pull it off. There's no better feeling.
