CurrentSenior Digital Ad Operations Manager of Digital Ad Operations NYC team. Responsible for day-to-day data analysis, monitoring and optimization for digital media campaigns. In charge of all aspects of campaign management from campaign set up to billing deliverables, and work together closely with Ad Operations team members, account managers and publisher partners for flawless campaign delivery. ■ Video/Display/Audio Advertising Campaign set up- Set up assets/placements for each ad unit type, generate Ad tags. - Create iframe players, banners using Google Web Designer/Adobe Photoshop.- QA impression tags, brand safety tags etc. to ensure flawless campaign delivery. ■ Data Analysis and Optimizations- Work closely with data daily, ensure accurate Ad delivery, tracking and billing. - Optimize Ad deliveries on multiple partners by analyzing delivery data, to achieve campaign delivery goal and performance KPI.- Create Ad delivery reports for clients, as well as pacing/data analysis tables on google sheets/excel for data transparency within teams.■ Account Management/Project Management- Support onboarding processes with new partners by communicating/testing out new tools.- Communicate with Japanese clients and partners for APAC campaigns. - Translate proposal decks/Media Plan documents (Japanese ⇆ English)- Monthly Billing number confirmations. ■ New Hire Training - Handle interviews for Ad operation team. - Work closely with new hires and educate them about new tools, shadow them on campaigns.
