As product manager my main responsibilities are- positioning and development of the company in new and existing markets- drive marketing activities- coordinate improvement of product and packaging materials- develop communication material like nutritional advice for young parents- stay up to date on relevant laws and legislations.

As Quality system officer I am responsible for maintaining and improving the quality system.This entails:- translation of quality standards to all levels in the organization- implementation of quality system standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 17025 and GMP+- coordination and execution of internal and external audits - communication of quality system results to organization including management- execution of continuous improvement projects- setting up and improving digital quality system programme Q-pulse. The job is very broadly oriented which means that I work together with a wide variety of departments and people from operator level to management team. Besides that I am also responsible for contact with external stakeholders such as certification bodies.During my job as quality system officer I also took the opportunity to do extra projects such as being a YUP board member, young professionals board of Danone Benelux, and I participated in the Nudge Global impact Challenge where I reached the finals.

Together with a team I updated company policies regarding quality, safety, nature and HR matters. The intention of this project was to lift policies to a higher level taking into account the new factory plant and the subsequent following stricter demands on quality, safety and nature.

As customer service employee I was responsible for contact with customers, giving them advice about products and collecting/checking of their orders. I was also responsible for communicating specifications of food allergens.

I worked as a research assistant in a project that is comparing the current nutritional concept in the hospital with a new nutritional concept: food for care. This concept is more customed to the needs of patients and consists of six smaller meals per day instead of the usual three larger meals. The intention of the project is to encourage patients to eat better during hospitalization and thereby recover faster and have less complications. During the period I worked here, I was responsible for data collection, data validation and communication with patients. I also got the chance to give a poster presentation at the Space 4 AYA congress in Utrecht.

For a few months I did an internship at 2befit4life where I coached people to a healthy lifesstyle. 2Befit4life is the company of Miriam Oremans who was a professional tennisplayer. She has a lot of expertise in the importance of healthy nutrition and lifestyle and because of her own experience I really learned how you can motivate people to live a healthy lifestyle.
