I approach coaching from the lens of scripture, leaning on the Holy Spirit to draw out the diamonds in my clients. MY STORY: I started as a Speech-Language Pathologist (MSC.), spent 17 years as a Leadership Coach with a Christian Ministry. In 2007, I became an entrepreneur, founding Real U Inc™ , and pioneered the first online academy to train female speakers.
