In het samenwerkingsverband Aan de slag met de Omgevingswet (ADS) ben ik actief in het team Ondersteuning Omgevingswet en -Loket (TOOL). In deze rol:- Verzorgde ik online demonstraties aan +100 man waarbij ik de functionaliteiten van het Omgevingsloket liet zien- Verzorg ik interbestuurlijke werkplaatsen voor gemeenten, provincies, waterschappen, departementen en verschillende uitvoeringsorganisaties over het (samen)werken onder de Omgevingswet.

In addition to completing various training programs, such as SIAM, Talent Motivation Analysis (TMA), ITIL4, ServiceNow, 4Me, KCS, Storytelling, Design Thinking, and Workshop Scrum, I utilized my knowledge to organize two on-site knowledge events at subsidiary company Sequal Consultancy. - One event focused on the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) within ServiceNow.- The other event aimed to optimize service delivery with 4me for municipalities.My expertise spans across multiple knowledge areas, including ServiceNow, 4me, ITIL incident management, change management, problem management, and knowledge management, Office 365, SIAM, KCS, Scrum, Microsoft Teams, and LinkedIn.

SEQUAL Consultancy has engaged me to assist in shaping, establishing, and organizing an IT academy for a large international IT organization with over 90,000 employees. The main objective of this initiative is to recruit at least 5 employees and guide them through an intensive IT bootcamp, ensuring they meet the quality requirements after 4 months.Drawing from my experience in successfully completing similar endeavors, I provide advice and support at every step of the process. I regularly report on potential pitfalls and the progress of the project. As a result, SEQUAL Consultancy can be confident that the setup, implementation, and management of the initiative are in capable hands, allowing them to fully focus on other important aspects of their work.

As a PMO/Scrum Master, I was responsible for guiding a project team in the implementation of 4me for a medium-sized municipality. During workshops, I ensured that we not only documented the customer's requirements but also identified the underlying needs. This enabled us to facilitate the transition to 4me and implement improvements. Additionally, I facilitated all Scrum events and, from my PMO role, ensured timely achievement of set goals within the budget and according to agreements.Since the team had not previously worked with Scrum, I played a crucial role in effectively utilizing and leveraging Scrum events and artifacts. I ensured that everyone was aware of their roles and that Scrum was optimally applied within the new team. This allowed us to fully harness the benefits of Scrum and fostered good collaboration and performance.

For this organization, I organized trade fairs and conferences in the sustainable energy sector for both professionals and consumers. As the main point of contact, my primary responsibility was to serve as the single point of contact for all exhibitors at the fair (400+). I handled the coordination of activities that participants needed to undertake for a successful participation. Communication and reporting were also significant components of my role. I coordinated incidents and maintained contact with participants and third parties to track progress and implement measures to resolve incidents.One of the areas I focused on was the ticket scanning system, which was relatively unfamiliar to our team. In situations where the system failed, there was limited expertise available for quick resolution. Therefore, I took it upon myself to independently delve into the subject matter and expand my knowledge of the scanning systems. This resulted in me becoming the specialist and knowledge holder of the scanning systems, allowing me to prevent incidents or mitigate their impact.

Over the past year and a half, I have worked as a Client Success Manager. In this role, I served as the face of the company to the clients and focused solely on addressing any incidents in the background. Within this position, I maintained regular contact with our clients, familiarized them with our system, conducted pilots, and generated progress reports. Through this role, I gained even more insight into the unique needs of our clients, enabling me to enhance our program and processes accordingly. Additionally, I informed our sales department about potential growth opportunities based on this knowledge.

When I joined this start-up, the support department tasks were being carried out ad hoc. To bring more structure, I independently established, implemented, and eventually delegated the support structures, allowing me to focus on handling the most significant incidents, problems, and changes.To structure the processes, I mapped the ITIL best practices onto the organization, closely monitored incidents, and engaged in discussions with the reporters, clients, and other stakeholders. This approach provided me with in-depth insights into the needs and challenges of all parties involved, enabling me to design processes accordingly.Using these insights, I created a comprehensive knowledge document encompassing all support activities. This document served as a valuable source of information and guidance for the entire team. With a structured approach and shared knowledge, the support department was able to work more efficiently.
