Onder andere:- applicatielandschap opstellen van de gehele organisatie (i.s.m. HR en ICT)- inzicht visualiseren van de onderlinge afhankelijkheden van AFAS en Nedap ONS- afstemmen en uitwerken werkprocessen voor beide teams- teambuilding, communicatie en werkgeluk vergroten van beide teams- zichtbaarheid van afdeling Applicatiebeheer vergroten door samenwerken en 'bemoeien' met andere afdelingen, zoals HR en ICT, die veel projecten en processen niet hadden afgestemd met AB- afstemmen en adviseren van het Management Team als het gaat om bezetting, inrichting en implementatie werkprocessen binnen Applicatiebeheer (en de invloed/effecten op de rest van de organisatie)

In my team, we deliver Co-Sourcing; a hybrid form of IT-service where we do remote and on premise network- and system adminstration/operation/management. OGD is an IT service company that is specialized in the fields of IT infrastructure, service management and software development. Within these areas of expertise, I got the opportunity to do a lot of courses and exams to improve and document my knowledge and competences.So far, I have gained experience in several companies, working diverse IT-related jobs such as: 1. HelpdeskWorking at a front-line helpdesk at a healthcare facility gave me a lot of experience with end-users and gave me insights on how the organisation takes care of issues from a management perspective. I have worked at a healthcarefacility when I was younger, so now I got to see the 'other side of the coin'. 2. Application manager, trainer, and helpdesk coordinatorIn this job, I was supposed to join the team of trainers and give training to end-users, who would soon be using a new tool for accessing and reporting client information; a very important aspect of their job. However, as the training that we got was not sufficient, I took the initiative to take on the task of designing and implementing a training that was focused on the experiences of the end-users. I collaborated with the roll-out team and learned all ins and outs of the application tool, which is why I was later appointed as application manager and helpdesk coordinator. 3. Processmanager innovation and improvement (Procesverbeteraar)In a small company, I mapped all existing processes and visualized them in flowcharts and advised them on how they could improve their current workflows. They had a desire to work with a specific tool for handling incoming indicents, events and problems, so in collaboration with all the departments that would have to work with this tool, I made a functional design.
