Lisa Richardson-Bray is a People Leader/Co-Owner. Colleagues describe her as "Lisa was, without a doubt, the best supervisor I ever worked for. She brings energy, enthusiasm, grit, and knowledge to her role. She stands up for her associates, mentors them, and encourages them along the way. She was in the Wilkinsburg office the (very) late night we cut off the old, Siemens switch, and turned on the new, Tellabs switch. When everything flowed smoothly, she was giddy with delight. She praised me, and the other techs who were involved with the project. She manages with a deft touch---she empowers us without bossing us. Her whole team loves her--even the antisocial members of her team. I cannot say enough good things about Lisa. She is a bubbly fountain of positivity and professionalism. I hope she soars to the top!"
