• Primary author and researcher for WUSC’s assessment of their gender programming, which included assessing the extent to which gender mainstreaming had occurred, understanding how gender is currently understood and used in programming, and making recommendations for how WUSC can achieve its gender goals and objectives moving forward• Developed various assessment tools such as an extensive survey, various sets of interview and focus group discussion questions, guiding questions to answer throughout the process, case study questions, and desk review questions• All work done helped guide WUSC’s renewed gender strategy and helped update programming and corporate gender policies
