I move us forward. I'm the go-getter, leading design and entitlement at Riaz Capital. I focus on the details that impress both our renters and our investors. I have my hands in all aspects from the initial design through the FF&E completion. That means I'm the dot connector, details organizer, compliance regulator, logistics wrangler, and an all-around solution seeker. I'm relentlessly focused on efficiency and effectiveness in reducing risk. I have a knack for juggling many stakeholders and speaking to each audience, personally, to get projects approved. My leadership style is approachable, resourceful, and thoughtful. I inspire an environment that's fun, highly accountable, and grounded in excellence. I play to strengths, set others up for success, and build trust through follow-up and follow-through. Before Riaz Capital, I honed 15+ years of experience in residential and commercial land development, entitling over 3K homes. Now, as a part of the Executive Team, I'm busy making our vision a reality. We're disrupting an industry and the market in SF by creating affordable luxury experiences in desirable locations for entry-level professionals. We're creating over 3,200 units or a $1 billon asset portfolio, including what's in development. Collectively, we focus on minimizing risk while delivering maximum impact. For our renters, we build transit-oriented high-quality apartments at an affordable price point. For our investors, we provide safer investments with less downside. Our team is obsessive about costs, producing a great return, and designing gorgeous homes. When I'm not head down in my work, I'm likely running. I've finished 16 marathons, 14 half marathons, 1 50k and countless 10ks/5ks. Some might think I have a problem sitting still. They are right. I'm always moving - learning, growing, or taking that next step toward a finish line (literally and metaphorically speaking).
