Reported directly to the President and played key role in launching Macy’s exclusive Bridal Program. Directly managed customer relationships with key US Department Stores (Nordstrom’s, Macy’s, Dillard’s L&T, Bloomingdales, Bon Ton & Belk). Distributed to boutique, specialty stores and major discounters (Ross, TJ Maxx).

Tommy Hilfiger was acquired by PVH in 2010.Played critical role in the repositioning and re-launch of the brand in the United States managing Sales Volume of $140M for the Women’s Missy Sportswear and Plus Size divisions. Instrumental in restoring brand to its original heritage, securing key real estate, merchandise assortment plans, promotional strategies, and point of sale marketing. Redefined and Instituted new sales and planning processes that led to a successful transition to a singular client relationship management. Involved in the merchandising process, identifying and targeting the customer base to determine product direction. Led high performance teams resulting in 25% increases during a severe economic downturn. Successfully launched 265 door roll out of a new Plus size division resulting in additional $40M in volume.
