Before starting in real estate Lisa was a beacon in tech startups along the West Coast. She served as a Marketing Director at Microsoft before moving to Silicon Valley, where she led divisions for business development and marketing. With a passion for antique treasures and finding new beginnings for things from the past, Lisa decided to turn her hobby into a business and she began holding estate sales. Today Lisa works alongside her design-oriented daughter and leverages her values in family to assist you and yours. Born and raised in Seattle, Lisa has resided in many areas throughout the region including Magnolia, Madison Park, Laurelhurst and Bellevue, and she considers the markets in both Bellevue and Seattle home. Volunteer Effort - Providing service as a trained and certified CASA within Family Treatment Court in King County. A CASA is a Court Appointed Special Advocate that advocates and serves as the voice for children under 12 years of age in the court system.

Estate Liquidations & Valuations, which at times was a side business to other technology business work, and at other times became so busy it took my full time attention.

Director of Marketing and Director of Business Development for a wide range of companies within the real estate, financial/investment, e-commerce and publishing sectors.In addition, website development that included brand development, writing, graphic creative, and business development strategy.

Full time and Contract positions through-out the mid to late -1990's included work within the Interactive Media Group (IMG) that is now Studio. Premier Support in the Bellevue Office on new project developments and procedures and a wide variety of marketing positions for various divisions.

Volunteer Community Effort - Founder of Community Non-Profit focused on community communications and land improvements. Our board applied for and received grants for a variety of community improvement projects to include; new sidewalks, trees, curbs and tennis court fencing & benches. Grants & Contributions in excess of $400,000 were received.Communications improved with the publication of 'The Community Buzz' allowing the community access to updates and the opportunity to voice their opinions.In addition - Our board held weekly public meetings with city officials within our community - on a wide variety of topics to provide a forum for discussion.

Assisted with start up functions to move founders out of University lab into private company. One of only 4 start up individuals that started this company, my role was to do everything under the sun. From office administration and management to location of an office/lab for a group that would soon grow to more than 40 people. In addition, I grew HR from nothing, handled all executive administration work, negotiated a multi-million dollar lease, hired contractors to do the tenant improvements, managed the improvements with the contractors and architects, and lastly, created the name and image/logo for the company.
