In addition to valuation analysis, we delivered key support (drafting of expert reports, depositions, trial testimony) and preparation of witnesses for trial. During my tenure, I was promoted from Principal to Director.

Engagement highlights include analysis and testimony preparation on behalf of debtor in a $6B bankruptcy, as well as contributions to data book on plug-in hybrid electric vehicles that were part of a 2008 conference.

My role in this program—which seeks to expose future leaders to high-level public service—included evaluating Fellowship applications and assisting in selection and placement of individuals throughout the executive branch. I also organized activities for Fellows, such as meetings with senior public officials.

During my tenure with this economic and management consulting firm, my specialty was aligning business strategy with public policy for clients in the energy and environmental sectors. I created and delivered workshops for executives about identifying and implementing cost-effective solutions for responding to environmental matters. Engagements included advising the U.S. Department of Energy on the reorganization of the environmental management function and private clients on analysis and negotiation of more than $500M in insurance coverage claims. Promoted during tenure from Associate to Principal.

As the recipient of a public management fellowship while in business school, I assisted regulators at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission review and evaluate stakeholder comments to the proposed issuance of Order 436, regarding open access to natural gas transportation.

I was promoted to a strategic role focused on identifying new markets for the Gas Sales Group through evaluation of regional demand, as well as analyzing prospective buyouts and negotiating settlements, where possible, of long-term, high-priced contracts.

As a production engineer at Conoco, Inc., I designed, budgeted, implemented, and supervised a $16 million water flood expansion project in South Texas, which included drilling 150 wells and laying 130 miles of pipeline. I was responsible for reservoir analysis, well drilling, completion and operations, and production facility design to the point of sale for the South Texas region.
