About Lisa Barrow

I am the Founder and CEO of Kada Recruiting. More than just a recruiting agency, Kada Recruiting connects opportunities with the right people.Over the course of my career, I've engaged with thousands (yes, thousands) of recruiters and HR practitioners, figuring out how they do what they do and partnering with them to improve their process. After years of traveling the country studying and sharing best practices in talent acquisition, I decided to lay down my roots and start my own agency.Kada Recruiting provides executive recruiting services to independent advertising and PR agencies, private equity firm portfolio companies and growing businesses.In addition to traditional recruiting/headhunting services, Kada Recruiting also works with companies to help them grow through acquisition, brokering connections to other companies in their field that might be interested in strategic partnerships.
