Lisa is an award-winning executive with over 25 years of digital, operational and strategic marketing and branding experience in both B2B and B2C. Prior to Expedia/HomeAway, she was head of global marketing for Forte Foundation and GM of Forte's website. She overhauled the organization's operational marketing approach, redesigned the website, and reinvigorated the CRM program. In 2013, Forte's website was recognized twice - as a top website for women and top website for entrepreneurs - by Forbes Magazine. Prior to Forte, she spent 6 years at The Walt Disney Company where she led brand, marketing and consumer strategy projects within and across Disney, ESPN and ABC business units in order to maximize the economic value of its brands, franchises and customer relationships. She provided guidance to the executive management team, division presidents and 200+ marketing and operational staff.Prior to Disney, Lisa was a management consultant in the marketing strategy practice at Monitor Group. In 2003, she spent one year living in South Africa. While there, Lisa worked at Monitor and taught a college level business strategy course for CIDA College in Johannesburg.
