Responsible for leading the project management team on all operation and logistical functions related to client programs. Specializing in Incentive, Meetings and Associations.

Strategically planned, implemented, and managed events including a broker incentive trip, a national employee sales conference, sponsorship events at the International Brokers Association of Ontario conference, Broker Councils, and numerous broker appreciation events and trips.

Planned and managed all events and marketing of the Ontario Youth Apprenticeship Program (OYAP), including the annual OYAP Appreciation Dinner, more than 30 annual workshops, and Skilled Trades Day — an event that attracted more than 500 student attendees and 24 community partnerships.

Supervised the execution of all private events, golf tournaments and dining experiences, including staff training, event logistics, and guest satisfaction.

As a member of the food and beverage department it was my responsibility to maintain my section and provide service to our members and their guests. Over my three years as a server and bartender I was promoted to a staff trainer and was responsible for leading the staff in the proper steps of service. Working at Whistlebear required me to learn hundreds of members names, as well as their food and beverage preferences to ensure fast and familiar service.

Managed a team of staff to ensure a smooth service in both the Silvertip Lounge and Cafeteria. This included supervising up to 25 staff on a daily basis in several different sectors of the food and beverage department. It was my role to implement policies and procedures to guarantee that all staff are fulfilling the duties of their job description. Scheduling, inventory management, problem solving, and leadership were key components of this job on a daily basis.

As a member of the CamInstructor team I was privileged to be involved in a variety of tasks and projects. This included:-web page design consultant -inside sales, including but not limited to, cold calls and email campaigns-product development, assisted with the development of training materials-provided consulting for social media campaigns -responsible for database maintenance to ensure all customers and their purchases are logged and categorized My years at CamInstructor have taught me a variety of skills and have provided me with the opportunity to expand my knowledge of the online learning and training sector.

I was hired to help open the Montana's at Ira Needles in Waterloo. This included working alongside other bartenders and management to decide on a bar set-up, as well as work various grand opening events. Once the restaurant was open I continued to work as a bartender, serving guests both in the bar and dining room, as well as making beverages for the servers.

As a snowboarding instructor it was my responsibility to lead both classes and individuals of various ability levels through the lesson plans. Throughout my years of teaching, I taught a variety of ages and learned to adapt the lesson plan to the student and their needs. As an instructor I learned to lead large groups and take control of challenging situations.
