Key Experience:Power Station Site Separation, Mineral, VA – 173,000 SF, $18M. Project Architect for 11 new industrial and office buildings. Prepared documentation and worked with local jurisdiction to obtain building permits for 11 buildings consecutively. Worked with Bechtel as well as owner from the proposal phase through construction administration.Joint Center for Culinary Excellence, Fort Lee, VA – 46,000 SF Addition, $15M, LEED Silver Certified. Performed detailed consultant coordination of 20 teaching kitchens in two-story building and worked to coordinate BIM model. Conducted two-day Programming Design Charrette for 3,000 SF classroom building with 10,000 SF site training facility (Readiness in Base Services).Fort Belvoir Childhood Development Center (CDC) Addition, Ft Belvoir, VA – 9,000 SF, $5M, and the Defense Logistics Agency CDC Addition, Richmond, VA – 4,500 SF, 2.7M, LEED Silver Certifiable. Worked with multiple DoD, Federal and Local Government Agencies, as well as the contractor and consultants, to prepare design documents in Revit. Provided LEED Online Administration Services as the LEED AP.
