Recruited, supervised and trained a six-person development team.• Responsible for capital campaigns for three completed and two new YMCAs as well as smaller capital campaigns for improvement of existing facilities. Recently engaged in raising $8 million in new gifts.• Worked with the Redevelopment Authority of Delaware County (the grantee), CFO and VP of Facilities on oversight and compliance with state requirements to secure “hard to get” Redevelopment Assistance Program Capital (RACP) grants from the PA Governor’s Budget Office.• Led Annual Campaign and exceeded 2016’s $6 million goal by $600,000. Since 2010, have raised over $30 million.• Led and oversaw event management of an annual golf tournament and an annual gala, netting over $500,000 combined. During my tenure, these two events netted a combined $3.5 million.• Oversaw and assisted with all grant and foundation funding, including Educational Improvement and Tax Credit (EITC) from the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) for program funding.• Supported the CEO as staff lead on Board Development, Financial Development and Public Policy Committees. Recruited for and headed the Planned Giving, golf and gala committees.

• Managed $100 million of real estate projects reporting directly to the Principal of the firm.• Played key role in due diligence process associated with all real estate development and investment transactions.• Oversaw underwriting, structuring and negotiation of all financing transactions, including the construction loan disbursement process.

Responsible for individual and corporate major gift solicitation in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. Implemented and managed departmental budget in excess of $6 million.• Independently developed, directed and executed corporate marketing, sponsorship and special event activities for the Chapter.• As an active and contributing participant in the Chapter’s management, assisted in development and implementation of strategies, goals and objectives related to marketing/sponsorship, corporate relations and special projects, including capital campaign and board development/recruitment.• Implemented two key strategies: multi-year, cause-related marketing campaign with ACE Group yielding $600,000 and a point-of-sale fundraising campaign with 557 Wawa locations across five states.• As an energetic, creative and successful team leader, hired, trained and managed a seven-person department that consistently met its goals and objectives; raised $4.5 million annually for this $17.5 million Chapter.

Players represented, include but not limited to: Ugueth Urbina and Jose Vidro (Montreal Expos), Milt Thompson (St. Louis Cardinals), Ben Rivera and Kim Batiste (Philadelphia Phillies).• As Americas’ first female certified Major League Baseball Agent, negotiated all player/client contracts, including appearances and product endorsements.• Prepared, managed and monitored players’ personal budgets and orientation to U.S. culture.
