Working for the Global Head of Operations, I provided support across a number of initiatives within Blueprint 2 - an ambitious strategy to delivery profound change in the Lloyd’s market through digitalisation.

Initially recruited to provide 6 weeks of critical support, I subsequently worked with the Programme Director and Internal Audit in shaping key controls across a large regulatory-driven programme. I developed and led a key QA team, providing support, guidance and challenge across more than 100 separate deliverables, which were subsequently embedded into BAU globally across the organisation.
