I'm a writer, editor and website manager with decades of experience on newspapers, magazines and websites in New Zealand and the UK.Nowadays all my work is online. As a professional storyteller, I love how digital tools enable us to inform, entertain, and bring people together around communities of shared interest. But more than that, done right, they can help organisations build better relationships and provide better service to their customers.That's why over the past few years my focus has shifted from content creation alone to making data-driven improvements, advising on digital strategy, and advocating for digital experiences that work for users.
