CurrentAs the Head of Talent Acquisition, I lead an incredibly smart team of recruiters and coordinators. We ensure a positive employee experience from the first interaction with the company, through onboarding, and continued experience and engagement with the company. This includes; managing all vendor relationships, leading strategy sessions, utilizing analytics tools to constantly improve and expand candidate pool, educating the company and conducting manager training to ensure a consistent process, sourcing, interviewing, extending offers and negotiation, cooperatively creating marketing content to attract talent, and being equally hands-on and strategic in my day-to-day. I am lucky to be surrounded by an amazing team and have enjoyed successfully placing over 85% of the employees currently employed at InfoTrust. Some key successes:- Moved the company from 30% female representation to a 50/50 balance- Fully implemented a new ATS as a team of 1, adding new team members to the process and training and educating on that system (Greenhouse)- Hired 85% of the company, boasting an average of 94% retention rate - Took a brand new team and built from scratch, currently overseeing a team of 4 and several partners - Had the pleasure of reporting to the CEO and Head of People, adding to my expertise and knowledge in culture, operations, and strategy- Worked on several project teams, both as a lead and a collaborator, to move projects forward related to people operations, all company goals, human resources, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, retention, and more! I am so thankful to work at a company where I am often welcomed to step outside my lane
