I was a scrappy tomboy growing up all over the western united states calling small mountain towns home for the most part. My journey has been rich with plenty of twists and turns. I'm an entrepreneur with a passion for justice. And I focus on home. I am the author of Self-Elected: How to Put Justice Over Profit and Soar in Business. I build and grow businesses I am the founder and owner of Flock DC which manages 2.5 billion dollars in residential real estate. Today, I am the co-founder and Chief Strategic Officer for Birdwatch, a start up home management company that takes the hassle out of home ownership. All of these endeavors support the birdSEED mission. A non-profit I founded in 2021 to give no-strings attached downpayment grants to first time BIPOC homebuyers in DC + Philly. THAT is justice.
