I am skilled in working in different levels of management and leadership roles. Keeping an upbeat staff, both front and back of the house, makes for a pleasant and successful working environment alongside the ability to hold employees accountable. I possess quick decision making which is a skill needed for all tasks in the restaurant and event planning and execution.
