I have extensive knowledge of commercial recruitment, including customer service/contact centre, administration, secretarial, HR, sales and marketing sectors at administrative, Manager and Director level. I have worked in specialist and high street recruitment for two decades, running teams and as a Senior Consultant. Wanting to spend more time working with fewer clients and candidates, focusing on quality over quantity, I made the decision to ‘go it alone’ and Lisa Wright Recruitment Services was formed. I understand that recruitment is one of the most important decisions that businesses make, and yet one of the areas that is difficult to get right in-house.
