As co-chair of my firm’s Environmental Practice Group, I have extensive experience representing both the public and private sectors in complex litigation and administrative proceedings involving environmental issues such as solid and hazardous wastes, mold, toxic substances, pesticides, water, air and federal procurement. My practice includes Superfund and cost recovery, toxic tort litigation, enforcement actions in federal, state and administrative forums, due diligence evaluations and environmental, health and safety audits, with record-retention policies, contract and bid review, solid waste landfill and RCRA Part B permitting, insurance, statutory and regulatory analysis, regulation drafting and compliance counseling. I am also chair of the firm’s Green Committee and a member of the Litigation and Real Estate Groups.In addition to my environmental practice, I am a certified mediator, having been awarded a Certificate of Professional Achievement in Mediation Training from DePaul University, Center for Dispute Resolution. Before I joined Neal Gerber Eisenberg, I worked for the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in Regions III and V and Waste Management, Inc., where I was senior environmental counsel.
