Agribrands was spun off from Ralston Purina in 1998 and was sold to Cargill in May 2001. - Implemented an integrated ERP system, including design and setup of the multi-currency general ledger, the AP process and the AR process. As a spun off entity, a timely implementation was essential for the successful startup of the stand-alone company. - Designed the process flow, from customer order entry through invoicing, for Tradico, an import/export distribution operation within Agribrands. - Coordinated systems changes for general ledger restructuring to facilitate reporting by business units. - Developed and executed the transition plan to transfer Agribrands systems and procedures to Cargill. Thorough training and extensive documentation were needed to provide support after the close of the St. Louis office.
