St. Gallen

During 2 years I was an active member of the Local Committee of AIESEC in St. Gallen, Switzerland, a worldwide student organization enabling cultural exchanges through international internship programs. Having started as a team member, I quickly took over more responsibilities, first as Vice President and later as Local Committe President. As president of the organization I was leading the Executive Board consisting of 6 people and had the overall responsibility of approximately 40 active members. Having received the Role Model Award by AIESEC Switzerland, my personal performance and the performance of the whole committee was recognized on national level. My broad responsibilities included: - Team management - Strategy formulation and implementation- Overall project planning and tracking- Performance evaluation and tracking- Final responsibility for the financial management- Representation on the national level of AIESEC in Switzerland- Planning and realisation of communication plan
