In my role as Business & Financial Controller at KSB Sverige, I was responsible for the entire Forecast and budget processes. Included a lot of analysis work, preparation of decision material for the management team, as well as creating financial reports, follow-up with results and monitoring the company's profitability and KPI´s.

Main tasks were invoicing, make changes on our suppliers and customers. Accounts payable and receivables , credit limits and I was responsible for all payments to our suppliers. I was the contact person in Sweden to our shared service center in Manila and overall supported the day to day tasks in an accounting department.
