About Lisbeth Albinus
As a humanitarian worker, I build on more than fifteen years’ experience from some of the most complex and challenging humanitarian crises of our time. I have been deployed to Lebanon, Palestine, Haiti and Côte d’Ivoire/Liberia and I followed humanitarian policy developments closely as an Advisor for different NGOs in Oslo and FAO in Rome. Currently, I work as a Senior Advisor for Norwegian People's Aid responsible for the organisation's civil society and humanitarian programmes in Iraq and Ukraine. My primary skills relate to programme management – especially programme development, external relations and reporting – coordination and policy/advocacy. I am well versed in food security and cash assistance, disaster risk reduction/climate change adaptation and protection (SGBV). Between 2013 and 2019 I worked specifically on disability inclusion and provided multiple training sessions to international partners and agencies on social inclusion in the context of a people-centred and locally led humanitarian repose.
Listed skills include International Relations, Civil Society, Project Design, Humanitarian Policy, and 5 others.
