Software Testing is one of my passions, as well as leading people to great success & improvement in the test area!I´ve worked both as a Test Manager and as Leader/Manager of test teams in different consultancies.-Chairman of board for test educations at Nackademin Yrkeshögskola.-Part of reference group for test educations in cooperation with the academy, in PROMPT, http://www.promptedu.se-Member in SAST since 2006, Swedish Association Software Testing and chairman of the board during 5 years, 2008-2013. That has given me the opportunity to meet a lot of persons and organisation with the same passion for test. My mission is to give testers courage to improve new ideas around test and to communicate our mission in a simple way.I´ve been working with QA & test for 20 years and have a lot of experience also in near areas to test, maintenance, problem- and change management, relase management, project management, agile methods.It shall be funny to work with test!Specialties: Perspective through years of experience in test- and project management and how to deliver in time & feel happy about it!Leadership and Managment skills combined with test skills.
